DriveTribe and Turtle Wax are embarking upon a year-long partnership to celebrate a shared passion for all things automotive.
As part of Turtle Wax’s sponsorship of DriveTribe’s Car Stories section, the team at DriveTribe will be celebrating the entire breadth of global car culture – from the frosty wilds of Scandinavia to the supercar-filled highways of Dubai – while tackling some tough European terrain in wildly unsuitable vehicles along the way.
DriveTribe will be creating a long-form video series for Turtle Wax to show how, despite the differences in car culture across the world, petrolheads speak a common language of modding, speed and adventure. The partnership will champion the regular car enthusiast and showcase the ways we join together to celebrate combustion and four-wheeled travel – regardless of where we live.
Jonathan Morris, CEO of DriveTribe, commented: “A year-long partnership with such an internationally recognised client as Turtle Wax means we can truly dig into niche motoring subcultures from around the planet. The diversity of DriveTribe’s audience will allow us to find exactly where and when the Scandinavian trackdayers get their cars out of winter hibernation, or where to find abandoned supercars in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to amplify our users’ voices, wherever they are in the world.”
Denis John Healy, executive chairman of Turtle Wax, commented “We are thrilled to enter into this partnership for 2020. The DriveTribe fan is a very vocal and active enthusiast who shares our passion for the drive. This year-long exploration into global car culture is a fantastic opportunity to engage with this community and show them exactly what Turtle Wax innovation is made of.”
The first videos in the series will be available on our YouTube channel from lateMarch – so subscribe now if you haven’t already, and get set for some truly global car stories, and check out the Car Stories section on DriveTribe.
